电机电流分析法在测控天线传动系统故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:分析了天线传动系统影响电机电流特性的因素,提出了天线正常跟踪卫星以及电机启动、制动时的电流特性标准,利用电机电流分析法对测控天线传动系统的周期性故障、阻尼增大故障以及系统级故障进行定位判断。结果表明,电机电流分析法可以作为天线传动系统故障诊断的一种有效手段。

Abstract:The factors of antenna drive system affecting motor current characteristics are analyzed. The standards of motor current characteristics for antenna normally tracking a satellite as well as motor starting and braking are proposed. Motor current analysis is applied in fault diagnosis of antenna drive system for periodic failure, damped in creasing failure and fatal failure. The results show that motor current analysis can be used as an effective way of fault diagnosis for antenna drive systems.
