厘米级微型涡轮喷气发动机关键控制技术研究

摘    要:结合厘米级微型涡喷发动机自身特点, 从工程角度研究其关键控制技术.首先运用相似理论, 将参考发动机的起动控制时序变换适用于目标发动机的起动控制, 为了解决微型发动机起动困难问题还首次提出起动供油自校正技术.慢车以上状态采用系统辨识法建模, 通过仿真结合试验的方法设计了带可自动调整前馈的闭环PI调节器.试车试验表明, 研究的控制规律能控制发动机正常可靠运转, 满足各项性能指标要求.

Abstract:Key control technology of micro turbine energy(MTE) in centimeter size was studied for engineering applications,based on MTE's characteristics.The starting control was firstly transformed for the targeted engine with reference to the starting control time sequence of MTE.The self-revised fuel supply technology was proposed for the first time in order to solve the startup problem of MTE.After the idle state,MTE's model was established by means of system identification,and a closed-loop PI with self-adjust feedforward was designed through simulation and experiments.The test run of MTE demonstrates that the control rules can ensure normal and reliable operation of MTE while meeting the requirements of performance indicators.
