乳化燃油的微爆特性研究

摘    要:本文从理论和实验两方面研究了乳化油珠的微爆特性。通过高速摄影记录了悬挂液滴的微爆过程,结果表明,尽管乳化油珠的蒸发常数较小,但微爆的发生仍能使油珠生存期大大缩短。计算结果与实验结果吻合良好。最后,通过理论计算研究了掺水量、环境压力和温度、油气间相对速度等对微爆的影响。

Abstract:Micro-explosion characteristics were investigated theoretically and experimentally in this paper. Micro-explosion processes of suspended droplets were recorded by a high speed camera.The results showed that although the evaporation constant of emulsified fuel was lower than that of single fuel, the micro-explosion might still cause the decrease of droplet life time. Calculations were in good agreement with experiments.Finally,the influence of water content, ambient pressure and temperature, the relative velocity between droplet and gas on micro-explosion were calculated.
