摘    要:元器件的质量与可靠性一直是制约机载计算机质量与进度的重要因素.本文结合机载计算机对元器件的可靠性要求,以现实条件为基础,对目前所采用的几种保证元器件可靠性的技术进行了探讨,并对取得的成效进行了论述,可以为提高机载计算机元器件的使用可靠性提供一定的借鉴.

Abstract:The quality and reliability of components have been an important factor to restrict the quality and schedule of airborne computers.Combining with requirements of quality and reliability at airborne computers,based on practical conditions,the article discusses a few methods of component reliability technical applications at present,and describes the obtained effects.All of these can give some references for improving the application-reliability of components on airborne computers.
