摘    要:要实现弹射救生系统大迎角大侧滑角试验技术,其中极为关键的是要研制出满足试验研究总体方案要求的天平。为了提高风洞试验的精度和天平抗冲击的能力,要求天平的总长小于90mm,同时具有较高的灵敏度和刚度。作者采用有限元分析技术,优化天平结构的几何外形尺寸,成功地完成了该台天平的研制。

Abstract:In order to carry out the test of the crew escape systems at large angles of attack and large sideslip angles, it is of vital importance that a special balance should be developed at the demand for the test overall project. By use of the optimization technology and the finite element analysis, the balance which is of length less than 90mm and with high sensitivity and high rigidity has been successfully developed. As a result, the test accuracy has been improved, and the resistance to impact has been increased.
