| 摘 要： | 针对空中力量体系对抗实际，抽象出空中力量体系的决策网络，进而分析分布式决策的概念及内容，构建空中力量体系分布式决策机制，提出协商轮次、方案包容度、方案接受度、方案分散度等概念，给出了分布式决策机制运行流程，最后通过Matlab软件进行实例仿真。研究结果表明，该决策机制能够快速、有效地实现分布式决策。
