| 摘 要： | 文章以日本企业为例,通过对现代企业发展所需要的共性和个性因素的分析,重点揭示了政治、技术、文化和资本对企业发展的重要的促进作用,并提出以下观点:企业发展的共性来源于工业化所产生的技术和经济的驱动力,而个性则来源于企业所在国法律、政治、社会规范及文化的决定性影响. |
