摘    要:在对装备可靠性试验与评价所面临的问题与挑战进行分析的基础上,对装备可靠性试验与评价相关问题的研究现状进行了总结。针对装备可靠性试验与评价工程需求的特点,给出了可靠性试验与评价研究的关键技术。最后,对可靠性试验与评价技术的发展趋势进行了总结。

Abstract:Based on analysis of problems and challenges facing test and evaluation of equipment reliability, this paper summarizes the status quo of research on test and evaluation of equipment reliability. Taking into consideration the special characteristics of engineering requirements of test and evaluation of equipment reliability, the paper proposes key techniques for research in test and evaluation of equipment reliability. Finally, discussions are given on the trend of development of equipment reliability test and evaluation technology.
