| 摘 要： | 随着国家对教育资金投入的不断加大,高校预算管理的改革也在不断向前推进。如何通过预算精细化管理"管好钱"、"用好钱"已成为共同关注的课题。本文针对高校预算管理的现状,对高校预算编制及执行的基本情况、问题成因进行了分析,对如何进一步加强高校财务预算精细化管理提出了对策和建议。

| Abstract: | With the increasing of the education investment,the reform of the university budget management has continued to move forward. How to manage money through the budget of meticulous management has become a common concern. This paper analyzed the status of university budget management,the basic situation of university budgeting and execution and causes problems. It proposed countermeasures and suggestions of how to strengthen the financial budget management. |
