摘    要:MBD技术可以保证产品全生命周期过程中数据源的唯一性,实现上下游数据的无缝对接,有效提高产品设计效率。主要研究MBD的表达方式及关联设计中骨架模型的建立方法,阐述骨架模型的工作原理。结合飞机型号研制,首先进行总体骨架、接口骨架、部段骨架和部件骨架模型的定义,进而实现设计内部各专业“自顶向下”的关联设计,并以MBD数据集作为飞机研制过程中的唯一数据源,工艺、工装、检验人员在MBD数据集基础上开展并行协同的关联设计,有效地改善团队之间的沟通,使设计更改变得简单、快速,减少了设计错误,缩短了产品的研制周期,提高了设计质量。

Abstract:Expression of MBD data sets and method of skeleton model designing are researched in this paper. Working principl of associated design is explained. MBD data sets is the sole data resource during the aircraft research. With the definition of general skeleton and interface skeleton and assembly skeleton based MBD data sets, we can realize the associated design in design department and set up a collaborative method between design and manufacture The full 3D digital associated design technology will improve efficiency of communication between the teams and reduce mistakes of design. Change of design will be transferred quickly from top to down. The application of the technology mentioned above has enormously improved the designing and manufacturing efficiency, and shortened the product development period.
