| 摘 要： | 结合飞行试验测试工作的现状与实际，分析讨论了开展专用测试设备计量确认管理与现场计量确认对试飞测试结论公正准确的作用和意义，提出了专用测试设备计量确认管理的途径、方法和相关的确认技术，以及实施专用测试设备计量确认中应注意解决的一些问题。

| Abstract: | Combining with the current status and practice of the measurement of flight test, the fairly accurate effect and significance of the flight test result for developing the metrological confirmation management and on-site metrological confirmation of the special test equipment are analized and discussed. The way, method, relative confirmation technology of metrology confirmation for special test e-quipment and some problems to be resolved during metrology confirmation are proposed. |
