Web服务在电子政务系统中的应用研究

目前我国电子政务工程中,许多政府部门都建立了自己的内部业务处理系统和政务数据库,但是各部门之间难以进行数据交流和共享,也难以实现联合办公和协同工作。当前在实施电子政务时,困难在于如何集成各部门已有的内部业务处理系统和如何适应机构、职能和需求的频繁变化。论文提出采用Web服务实施电子政务,可以较好地解决数据共事和异构系统的集成问题。最后,给出一个Web服务在电子政务中应用的实例。

Study on the Application of Web Services in E -Government Systems

In the project of E - government of our country at present, a lot of government departments set up one's own interior business process system and government affairs database, but difficult to exchange and share the data between every department, it is difficult to realize joint work and work in coordination. The most important problems of implementation of E - Government are how to integrate the government departments business processing systems and how to adapt to the continuous changes of requirement.. In the paper, Web Services is brought up to realize E - government systems , which can well solve the problems of data shared and heterogeneous system integration. Finally, an example on the application of Web Services in E - Government is given.
