摘    要:针对极限状态函数未知的可靠性灵敏度分析问题,提出了用响应面方法获取极限状态函数,再利用该极限状态函数进行可靠性灵敏度分析的方法,并推导了相关计算公式.综合考虑了机匣进油口的滑油流量、温度以及机匣外二股气流的温度、流速等变量的随机性,采用该方法计算了附件机匣出油口温度的可靠度及各随机变量对可靠度的灵敏度.计算结果与相关文献中定性分析的结论一致,故所提出的可靠性灵敏度分析方法及相关计算公式是正确和有效的,为附件机匣及其相关附件的可靠性设计与优化提供了定量的理论依据.

Abstract:To resolve the reliability sensitivity analysis problems of unknown limit state function,a reliability sensitivity analysis method that uses response surface method(RSM) to get the ultimate state function for reliability sensitivity analysis was proposed,and the correlative formulas were deduced.The randomness of the flux and temperature of the lubricant at accessory gearbox inlet,and that of the temperature and velocity of the airflow outside accessory gearbox were considered;and the reliability of accessory gearbox outlet temperature and the reliability sensitivity of various random variables were calculated by the method of this paper.The result is consistent to references,showing that the method of reliability sensitivity analysis and the correlative formulas are correct and efficient.The method provides quantitative theoretical warranties for the reliability design and optimization of correlative accessories and accessory gearbox itself.
