Center Frequency Shift in Transistor Class C Amplifiers |

| Abstract: | A simple model is developed to predict the center frequency shift due to nonlinear collector junction capacitance. This model shows reasonable agreement with experiments for peak output levels up to approximately one-half of the collector supply voltage. |
