摘    要:文章基于某三轴六自由度液压振动试验系统,开展了多轴低频随机振动试验控制方式研究.首先介绍了多轴低频随机振动控制的基本原理,然后设计了台面下、台面上、夹具上等6种控制方式,详细介绍了各种控制方式下转换矩阵、转角条件的计算方法,并开展试验研究.结果表明:在多轴低频振动试验中,只要符合刚体六自由度计算原理,试验中可根据具体情况选择不同数量、位置的控制点,配合不同的转动条件和控制转换矩阵,实现规定的多自由度加载条件.该研究成果可为今后开展多轴低频振动试验时合理设置控制参数提供参考.

Abstract:The control modes in multi-axial and low- frequency random vibrations are studied in this paper based on the three-axis and six-degree-of-freedom hydraulic vibration system. According to the multi-axial and low- frequency random vibration control theory, six control modes are designed, with the control points under the table, on the table, on the fixture, and in other arrangements, respectively. The calculation method of the conversion matrix and the rotation conditions in each control mode are presented in detail. The test results show that the different positions of control points, combined with different conversion matrices and rotation conditions, can be selected to realize various loading conditions, which can serve as a reference for parameter setting in multi-axial and low-frequency vibration tests.
