燃烧室贫油多旋流预混合预蒸发特性数值研究

摘    要:对燃烧室多旋流器的贫油预混预蒸发(LPP)及形成可燃混合气特性进行了CFD数值研究。2级旋流器的第1级选用斜切入孔式旋流器,第2级选用径向旋流器。第2级旋流器的流量分配对预混预蒸发效果有重要影响。在2级旋流器气体总流量为0.035 kg/s不变时,第1、2级旋流器气体流量比小于1∶4时,预混预蒸发效果较好。计算结果与试验结果相符合。

Numerical Study of Lean Premixed and Pre-vaporized Characteristics for Combustor with a Multi-swirler

Abstract:The characteristics of combustible mixture formation in lean premixed and pre-vaporized combustor with a multi-swirler were numerically simulated with CFD.The first stage of the dual-swirler had a structure of slanted intake holes,while the second stage was a radical swirler.The inlet flow distribution of the second stage swirler has great influence on premixing and pre-vaporizing of the fuel and air.The investigation is conducted when total air flow of the dual swirler remains unchanged as 0.035 kg/s.The numerical simulation results conformed to the experimental results and indicate that the premix and pre-vaporization of fuel and air is well when the air flow ratio of first-stage to second-stage is below 1:4.
