Abstract:The character of aero-plasma dynamics has been studying in developed countries since 1960th,such as US and Russia.A breakthrough progress has been made in developed countries in resent years.Some innovation and creative progress have been achieved in China,too.The plasma flow control,which could improve aerodynamic characteristics and propulsion performances is introduced in this paper.The surface strengthening using plasma shockwave and high-intensity ion beam,magnetohydrodynamics(MHD),plasma ignition and assisted combustion are also included.Meanwhile some key problems on aero-plasma dynamics and technology are pointed out.
