摘    要:文章对某实验单级压气机转子叶片模型采取了优化的建模方式,从叶片任意分层截面到针对叶片具体关键部位的流线截面生成模型;从层面之间拉伸成体到曲线边线的实体建立,使所建叶片模型更真实,输入输出文件模型格式兼容性更高;然后将叶片与轮盘和轴进行装配组成压气机转子.对转子系统进行有限元分析,其结果对实验单级压气机设计提供理论依据.

Abstract:From the different sections of compressor rotor blade to some key parts to make as perfect or effective way as possible building whole compressor rotor blade.The sections of entity building extend from top to bottom,which make the model more reality.The format of the import and export files is more compatibility.The intension of the device was calculated by ANSYS.The theoretical basis for compressor design was presented by calculation result.
