气动雾化喷嘴强化湍流扩散的实验研究

摘    要:用热线风速仪对气动雾化喷嘴出口的气相湍流速度场进行测量,得到了气流的脉动速度及旋涡尺度分布。用浓度测量仪测量了喷嘴出口液相浓度的分布。研究表明,湍流脉动对细小雾滴的扩散具有促进作用,而气流的大尺度旋涡对液滴扩散的作用更加明显。内气路采用径向射流型式,可以增大气流的旋涡尺度,加强对液滴的扰动,因此对喷雾浓度的均匀分布大有益处。

Abstract:The paper herein reports an experimental investigation of the effect of the intensifying turbulence diffusion on liquid spray distribution on an airblast atomizer. Detail measurements of the velocity field in the turbulent airflow have been done by using hot-wire anemometry, and the vortex scale was evaluated. Then the concentration distribution of liquid spray is measured by a special instrument.The results indicate that turbulent fluctuation is useful to spray diffusion, and the larger vortex scale, the more significant effect is. Another result is the cross jet flow can improye transportation of droplet,and make spray concentration distribution more uniform.
