双轴转位机构内框的结构优化设计

摘    要:为了提高某型转位机构内框的精度,使用响应面方法和多目标遗传算法,针对内框的尺寸参数进行了多目标优化。优化结果有效的减轻了转位机构内框质量,提高了内框的一阶固有频率。最后使用Ansys Workbench进行仿真验证,表明该优化方法具有一定的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of a certain type of indexing mechanism, multi-objective optimization was performed for the dimensional parameters of the inner frame by using response surface method and the multi-objective genetic algorithm. The calculation results effectively reduced the quality and increased the first-order natural frequency of the inner frame. software Ansys Workbench was used to verify the simulation, which showed that the optimization method was accurate and reliable to some extent.
