摘    要:通过内反射光学零件的分析,结合光学小角度测量原理,实现了内反射光学零件与结构件之间装调精度的在线实时装调,提高了光学组件装调的精度和装调效率。同时也为内反射光学零件与结构件装调定位走出了一条新路,对后续产品的光学装配及调试提供了新的方法。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of internal reflection optical parts and the principle of optical small angle measurement, the online real-time alignment of the alignment accuracy between the internal reflection optical parts and the structural parts is realized, and the alignment accuracy and efficiency of the optical components are improved. At the same time, it also provides a way for the assembly and positioning of internal reflection optical parts and structural parts, and provides a method for the optical assembly and debugging of follow-up products.
