摘    要:为保证并联机构的动平台满足工况使用要求,对动平台进行结构优化设计。首先,在动平台质量一定的前提下,设计4种结构方案,并通过分析比较,选取较优的结构方案。然后研究动平台各结构参数对其应力、变形的影响规律,确定其关键结构参数。最后建立动平台结构参数优化数学模型,对其进行参数优化设计。经过优化设计,优化后的动平台强度和刚度得到提高,满足工况使用要求。

Abstract:In order to ensure that the moving platform meets the requirements of working conditions, the structural optimization design of the moving platform was carried out. Under the premise of the quality of the moving platform,four structural schemes were designed, and the better structural schemes were selected through analysis and comparison.The influence of various structural parameters of the moving platform on its stress and deformation was studied, and its key structural parameters were determined. The mathematical model of structural parameters optimization of the moving platform was established, and the parameter optimization design was completed. After optimization design, the strength and rigidity of the optimized moving platform were improved to meet the working conditions.
