摘    要:本文针对双喷嘴挡板阀中喷嘴压装提出一种超声辅助压装技术,对喷嘴压装机理进行分析,基于ABAQUS建立有限元模型,并研究超声振动及其各参数对压装位置控制精度的影响。仿真和实验结果表明,超声振动能够有效减小压装力和等效摩擦系数,提高压装位置控制精度,超声振幅越大,精度越高,两者近似成线性关系;振动频率与精度无明显关系,但频率为20kHZ时,压装质量最好。

Abstract:This paper proposes an ultrasonic-assisted press-fit technology in the double-nozzle flapper valve pressing. Based on the analysis of the nozzle press-fit mechanism, the finite element model was established in ABAQUS, analyzing the effect of ultrasonic vibration and its parameters on the positon control accuracy. According to the simulation and experiment result, ultrasonic vibration can effectively reduce the pressing force and equivalent friction coefficient, and improve the positon control accuracy. The larger the ultrasonic amplitude is, the higher the accuracy, with an approximately linear relationship. The vibration frequency has no obvious relationship with the accuracy, but the best frequency is 20kHZ.
