摘    要:针对运载火箭箭体结构壳段自动装配技术研究中,研究开发了内外双承力框架等复杂壳段先进自动铆接精细化编程技术;利用机器人高效建模仿真技术、工作区域先进识别技术、路径精细化设计技术.解决了铆接中大量依靠手工操作、产品质量一致性差、装配效率总体偏低、噪声污染严重等问题.

Advanced Automatic Riveting Assembly Technology for Shell Section of Internal and External Dual Bearing Frame

Abstract:Aiming at the research of automatic assembly technology for rocket shell, advanced automatic riveting fine programming technology for complex shell segments such as internal and external double-bearing frames was developed. The efficient modeling and simulation technology of robot, advanced identification technology of working area and path fine design technology were used. The problems of manual operation, poor product quality consistency, low assembly efficiency and serious noise pollution in riveting were solved.
