| 摘 要： | 产品质量控制模式的转变是制造业发展壮大的一个必然趋势,产品交付数据的大量集聚势必造成产品质量数据统计分析的瓶颈。本文在立足利于统计分析的前提下,利用ACCESS开发功能建立产品质量交付情况所需的各类信息台账,形成产品交付的质量大数据,并利用编程分析,实现产品数据的共享、查询、统计、报表以及分析。

| Abstract: | The transformation of product quality control mode is an inevitable trend for the development and growth of manufacturing industry. The large amount of product delivery data will inevitably cause the bottleneck of statistical analysis of product quality data. Based on the premise of statistical analysis, the development function of ACCESS was used to establish all kinds of information account needed for product quality delivery, to form quality bigdata of product delivery. The programming analysis was used to realize product data sharing, query, statistics, reports and analysis. |
