| Abstract: | The optimization process of processing technology and tooling design for 120 degree elbow nozzle parts of an aeronautical product was introduced. It focuses on how to select positioning datum and clamping mode in the process flow, how to ensure the processing quality of parts and improve the processing efficiency through correct datum conversion. A standardized process flow and typical tooling design was formed. |
