摘    要:为了进一步降低中介机匣质量,达到下一代航空发动机总体给定的质量指标,应用复合材料对现有的全钛合金中介机匣进行改进结构设计。在目前中国复合材料性能与国际先进水平尚有一定差距的情况下,利用思维导图方法对中介机匣的功能和主要结构特征以及主要限制条件进行了详细分析,从工程实际角度出发,确立了复合材料中介机匣的结构设计准则,运用次要承力部位上使用复合材料的结构设计手段,完成了复合材料中介机匣的结构设计,实现了中介机匣减质约8%的目标,满足了总体指标要求。

Design of Composite Materials Intermediate Casing Based on Mind Mapping Method

Abstract:In order to further reduce the quality of the intermediate casing and achieve the overall quality index of the next generation aeroengine,the composite material was used to improve the structure design of the existing all-titanium alloy intermediate casing. Under the condition that there was still a certain gap between the properties of Chinese composite materials and the international advanced level,the function,main structure characteristics and main limiting conditions of the intermediate casing were analyzed in detail by using the method of mind mapping. From the point of engineering practice,the structure design criteria of composite intermediate casing was established. By using the structure design method of composite material in secondary bearing positions,the structure design of composite intermediate casing had been completed. The target of reducing the quality of intermediate casing had been achieved by about 8%, and the overall requirement has been met. The target of reducing the weight of intermediate casing by about 8% had been achieved,and the overall requirement had been met.
