高水压环境下机械位移机构设计

摘    要:介绍了一套用于辅助计量测试的高水压环境下机械位移机构设计实例,详细讨论了10MPa水压环境下电机密封装置设计,水下位移机构导向传动机构的设计方案等。电机密封装置是为某型号步进电机专门设计的密封外壳,它采用车氏密封标准产品为基础设计动密封结构,采用O型橡胶圈解决静密封问题;水下位移机构的设计以光轴为位移导向,以万向滚珠为回转导向,以齿轮齿条和梯形丝杠为位移传动方式,细节上采用了一些非常规的设计结构和处理方式。

Abstract:A design case of displacement mechanism in high hydraulic pressure for aiding measurement and test is introduced, whose design of motor dynamic sealing device in 10MPa water pressure and implementation plan of the steering and transmission mode are discussed. Motor dynamic sealing device is designed as stepping motor's protective casing. Its dynamic sealing structure is designed based on Che -hengde sealing, and its static sealing problem is solved using O type rubber ring. Displacement mechanism uses optical axis as displacement guide, uses universal ball bearing as rotary guide, uses gear rack and trapezoidal screw as displacement transmission mode. Some unconventional design structures are also applied to the mechanism.
