摘    要: 因其具有的低对称正方点阵结构,孪生在钛铝金属间化合物基合金塑性变形中的重要性愈来愈引起广泛注意,被认为对塑性、加工硬化和断裂过程有重要影响。因此,对钛铝基合金中孪生和孪生交互作用机理的研究是近几年来的一个热点。综述了该研究领域取得的一些进展和目前对孪生和孪生交互作用机理的认识水平及未来的研究方向

Abstract:Twinning in γ TiAl base alloys has attracted great attention in the last few years and is considered to play an important role in plastic deformation, hardening and fracture of the alloys because γ TiAl has a tetragonal structure with a low symmetry. In single phase γ TiAl, deformation twin interaction plays important roles. In multi phase γ TiAl base alloys, deformation twin interacts strongly with γ/α 2/γ lamellae which may be considered as transformation twins. The interactions must be considered in the understanding of the toughening and fracture mechanisms of the alloys. In this paper, crystallography of the twinning and twin interactions in γ TiAl alloys is described in details, and possible interaction mechanisms are suggested. Future trend in the study is also proposed.
