In this paper, primary experiences and lessons in China aero engine development are summarized. It has been recognized that the development of areo engine can bring about advancement in many related industries. "Giving propulsion and advanced research in the first place" is the rule in the development of aviation industry. We'll change the strategy from imitation to self design and create a new prospect from self reliance and adopt foreign advanced experiences.
