摘    要:为研究BTi6431S钛合金热拉深成形工艺,本文以某型号飞行器天线盒盖为例,通过设计正交实验方案,先后分别对无压边情况下拉深成形进行了有限元数值模拟,用最薄壁厚减薄率作为描述零件成形结果的评价标准,得出该钛合金件在成形温度为650°C,首次拉深凹模圆角半径11mm、凸模圆角半径7mm、转角半径12mm、拉深高度25mm参数下,最薄壁厚减薄率最小(20.3%)。

Abstract:The hot deep drawing process of BTi6431S titanium alloy is studied.A series of orthogonal tests and numerical simulation on the deep drawing process without clamping ring are presented.The thinnest thickness is adopted as the index to evaluate the process.The appropriate parameters for forming the titanium alloy BTi6431S rectangle box are obtained,i.e.,the forming temperature 650°C,the rounded radius of die 11 mm,the rounded radius of punch 7 mm,the corner radius 12 mm,and the height of deep drawing 25 mm.
