| 摘 要： | 以西安航专近些年来的教改实践为依据，以人才培养模式的探索、理论和实践教学体系的完善、以试点专业建设为龙头带动教育教学改革、以精品课程建设促进课程体系和教学方法改革、不断完善相关制度促进人才培养质量的提高等五方面，论述了深化高职高专教育教学改革，提高人才培养质量的途径和方法。
