基于统计特征的轴流压气机喘振检测

摘    要:在分析四种型号轴流压气机36组试验数据的基础上,统计发现压气机出口总压脉动的有效值服从正态分布;有效值及其标准差因机型不同而不同,并随工作转速变化而变化.设计了基于统计特征的自动门限喘振在线检测系统.通过试验验证显示,可在喘振发生时发出报警信号.该方法计算简单,具有较大的工程应用价值.

Abstract:By analyzing 36 groups test data of four models axial compressors, it’s found statistically that the root mean square (RMS) of pulsation of compressors outlet total pressure is subject to normal distribution;the RMS and its standard deviation vary from different models and/or working speeds.An automatic threshold surge-detecting on-line system was designed based on statistical characteristics.Experiments demonstrate that alarm signals can be given at the time of surge.This method is simple in calculation,and has great value in engineering application.
