活动地板关键技术研究

摘    要:目前对地面效应的研究以及地面效应大小的确定.在风洞中通常用两种方法模拟地面:固定地板、活动地板.用固定地板模拟地面时,由于存在地板边界层,不能真实模拟飞机近地飞行状况.采用活动地板模拟地面时,由于活动带的运行速度和方向与来流一致,在活动地板的表面上不产生边界层,可以真实模拟飞机近地飞行状况,提高地面效应试验数据的精准度.活动地板装置研制涉及很多关键技术,包括活动地板的结构形式选取、活动带材料的选择、活动带的张力控制技术、活动带工作面跳动抑制技术、活动带摩擦发热问题的消除等.介绍了开展活动地板关键技术研究所采用的试验装置、主要研究内容和研究结果,确定了开口风洞活动地板的结构形式和活动带材料,掌握了活动带跳动控制、活动带侧偏控制以及温度监控的控制方式和控制规律.

Abstract:The research and quantification of ground effect usually can be acquired from two simulating ground methods in wind tunnel at present.One is fixed floor;the other is moving belt ground proximity.As boundary layer existing with fixed floor,it is impossible to simulate actually aircraft flying state near ground.When using moving belt ground proximity,as the velocity of the moving belt and wind is the same,boundary layer cannot exist in the surface of moving belt,so it can provide the actual simulation of the aircraft flying state near the ground,and improve the precision of ground effect test.Key technical research have been developed;however,experience of this aspect is lacked.This paper introduces the key technical research on developing moving belt ground proximity(MBGP) and the applied technical scheme,research contents,as well as research results in the process of developing work.The main research content including the form of MBGP structure,selection of belt material,tense control of moving belt,restraining of belt surface jumping, the friction and heating effect on belts are presented.The control rule on jumping quantum of moving belt,restraining method of sideward-moving of belt and the method of temperature monitoring have been obtained.An experimental MBGP system which is 1.2m wide and 3m long have been developed.
