数控车床钻小孔误差分析及改进措施

摘    要:通过对航天产品小孔加工精度进行分类总结,阐述了在全功能数控车床加工高精度小孔困难的原因;分析了影响全功能数控车床钻小孔精度的几项因素;针对分析出的几项因素提出了改进措施,并着重针对“钻头的精密安装方法”这条主要措施进行详细介绍;有效解决了数控车床加工高精度小孔误差大的问题,提高了零件合格率,并可使用在铰孔、螺纹孔等类似加工中,使数控车床的高效作用得到了充分发挥.

Abstract:Analysized machining accuracy of drilling small-hole and summarized and classified for this of aerospace products, expounding the reason of drilling high-precision small-hole of using CNC lathe which has full function. Analysized several factors which have influence on full-functional CNC lathe when drilling high-precision small-hole.The improvement are put forward according to the factors,and the most important factor that the precision installation method of drill is mainly expounded.The problem of big error when drilling high-precision small-hole is effectively solved,and the percent of pass is increased.The improvement can also be used for reaming and machining threaded hole.The high efficiency of CNC lathe can be given to full play.
