摘    要:通过理论推导,得到保持架打滑率与轴承内、外圈和滚动体故障特征频率之间关系。利用圆柱滚子轴承支承的转子实验台验证了推导公式的正确性,并研究保持架打滑率、实际故障特征频率与理论公式偏差随转速的变化规律。结果表明:随着转速升高,滚动轴承保持架打滑率趋于增大,导致轴承实际故障特征频率与基于纯滚动假设的理论计算值的偏差也随之增大。研究结论对于航空发动机主轴承的故障诊断具有指导意义。

Effect of cage slipping on fault characteristic frequencies of aeroengine main-shaft bearings
Abstract:The relationship between the cage slip ratio and characteristic frequencies was obtained by theoretical deduction. The correctness of the derivation formulas was verified by the rotor experiment bench supported by cylindrical roller bearings. And the variation law of the slip ratio of the cage, the actual characteristic frequencies and the theoretical values deviations with the rotational speed were studied. Results showed that the slip ratio and the deviation tended to increase with the growth of the shaft rotating speed. The research conclusion has the guiding significance for the fault diagnosis of the aeroengine main-bearings.
