基于齿面摩擦的非对称齿轮支座反力的研究

摘    要:齿轮支座反力的波动大小不仅影响到轮齿的啮合效果,还将影响到齿轮的传动性能。本文以一对双压力角非对称渐开线直齿减速齿轮机构为研究对象,在考虑齿面摩擦的情况下,通过对轮齿的单双齿啮合情况进行受力分析,建立齿轮支座反力的数学模型,并给出了任意齿间载荷系数下齿轮支座反力波动程度的评价指标。研究表明:齿面摩擦是导致齿轮支座反力波动的影响因素之一;可通过提高齿面加工精度,合理润滑,减小压力角及适当增大驱动轮的齿数等措施来降低齿轮支座反力的波动。

Abstract:The fluctuation range of the gear supports reaction affected not only the mesh quality of gear but also the drive performance. The author of the paper deduced the calculation equation of the gear supports reaction, under the action of the sliding friction between teeth,through fully analyzing the forces exerted on the driving gear of reducing-speed asymmetric spur gear drive system with double pressure angles in the single & double gears meshing range. And presented the index of gear supports reaction fluctuation in the condition of the random interteeth load . Simulation indicated that the friction between teeth is one of the influence factors of gear supports reaction changing, and improving the precision of gear face, moderation lubrication, decreasing the pressure angle, increasing the gear number are effective measures in order to decrease the fluctuation range of gear supports reaction.
