桨尖喷气驱动旋翼设计中的功率匹配方法

摘    要:针对喷气旋翼内外流动高度耦合的特点,提出了喷气旋翼设计中的功率匹配方法,根据发动机喷流属性与管道流动建立起喷气驱动模型,管道流动计及面积、温度、摩擦、旋翼旋转的影响,应用经修正的叶素法计算旋翼拉力与扭矩,最后对一种喷气旋翼进行了设计,结果显示旋翼翼型相对厚度与转速是影响拉力与功率平衡的主要因素,该方法可用于总体阶段喷气旋翼设计参数的快速确定与发动机选型.

Abstract:A power-matching methodology was promoted to decouple the interior-flow and external-flow of a tip-jet drive rotor,and a reaction drive model based on the engine exhaust gas property and duct flow condition was established,which including:influence of area,temperature,friction and rotor rotation.The rotor tension and torque was analyzed by a modified blade element method.The result shows that section thickness and rotary speed are main influential factors to the tension and power balance,and the represented method is a rapid approach to choose the jet rotor parameters in overall design stage.
