| Abstract: | The calculation of the synchronized angle is one of the main protlems for getting a image with high occuracy from spin-stabilized geostationary meteorological satellites, The-accuracy of the synchronizing angle depends on orbit and attitude determination, dynamic stability of the satellite and observation time. |
