| 摘 要： | 文章针对多型号项目之间资源（包括人员、场地、仪器和设备等）冲突问题进行了分析和探讨。从合理配置资源和拟定资源计划入手，对各型号在生命周期中各阶段的优先级进行调整，再利用资源平衡法和资源约束法进一步优化，从而解决资源冲突问题。该方法可最大限度地利用资源，减少成本，达到有效的资源管理。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the overlapping of various resources, such as personnel, sites, instruments and devices, among parallel projects. To deal with that problem, one may, as is pointed out in this paper, start from a reasonable configuration of resources and a careful planning of projects, go through a regulation of project priorities in different stages of their life cycle, and finally come to a further optimization of the resource configuration by the method of resource balancing or resource constraining. The above-mentioned approach may enable the maximum utilization of the available resources while reducing necessary cost, to achieve an efficient resource management. |
