Abstract:Maintenance review board report prescribes preventive maintenance task type and interval of the component. Maintenance task types are available in MSG-3 document. Thus it is an important process to determine the maintenance task interval. In this paper, the using data of aircraft components is used to determine maintenance interval. The least square is used to estimation weibull distribution parameter. Then maintenance task interval model is set up. Finally, we used the reliability data of brakes in Boeing 767 as an example to verify the method.
