| 摘 要： | 针对网络化制造中的资源动态快速重组问题,提出了基于物理制造单元的制造资源信息建模,依据该模型建立了分布式网络化制造资源库;研究了面向CAPP的制造资源预配置及其实现方法和以时间、质量、成本为约束的制造资源优化配置及其实现方法。

| Abstract: | cording to the rapid and dynamic reorganization of manufacturing resources during networked manufacture process, a modelling of manufacturing resources information based on physical manufacturing unit (PMU) is proposed and distributed networked manufacturing resources database is established by this model. The CAPP-oriented advance configuration of manufacturing resources is studied and the implementation method is put forward. At last, according to the time, quality and cost, the manufacturing resources optimization configuration is researched and the implementation method is given. |
