Magnetic stabilization of a spacecraft and the effect of compensation of information errors

Abstract:The system of spacecraft angular stabilization of middle accuracy rating and with magnetic executive devices is considered. A three-axis magnetometer is used as a single sensitive element of the subsystem of attitude determination. Combination of specific features of the control law and the algorithm of attitude determination allows one to realize a sufficiently reliable stabilization system of simple design, which is rather economical, as far as computing time is concerned.
