摘    要:强制流动热梯度化学气相渗透(FCVI)作为一种制备碳基、陶瓷基复合材料的新工艺,克服了传统CVI中气体扩散传输与预制体渗透性的限制,可在短时间内制备出密度均匀、性能优良的制件。本文分析了在FCVI工艺过程中预制体温度与气体温度的区别,并从理论上推导出了FCVI中气体温度与预制体温度间的关系。

Abstract:Being a new approach for fabrication of carbon and ceramics matrix composites, forced flow thermal gradient chemical vapor infiltration(FCVI) process has overcome the problems of slow diffusion and restricted permeability of gas, and resulted in dramatically shorter densification time with uniform infiltration and good properties. On the basis of theoretic analysis of the difference of temperature between gas and preform,an equation was deduced to describe the relationship of temperature between gas and preform.
