摘    要:本文介绍了一种用于CS115/CS116电流监测探头时域校准的夹具。通过分析CS115/CS116瞬态脉冲信号的时域特性和频域特性,确定了校准夹具的工作带宽,利用CST软件仿真设计了满足CS115/CS116实验波形传输的校准夹具。通过实际测量,在500MHz范围内校准夹具的电压驻波比VSWR<2,可以用于电流探头时域转换系数的校准。

Abstract:The design method of calibration-jig using in CS115/CS116 Current monitor probe time-domain calibration is introduced. By analyzing the time and spectral domain property of CS115/CS116 signal, we know the bandwidth of the calibration-jig, and we simulate the calibration-jig in CST. The design method is verified by measurement, the VSWR of the jig is less than 2 within 500MHz.
