摘    要:为实现电动齿轮燃油泵系统的精确供油控制,建立了电动齿轮燃油泵流量特性模型,设计了数字式PID参数控制,并在此基础上以参数切换为原则设计了变PID参数控制,以满足不同情况下航空发动机对供油量的需求。通过试验,变参数PID控制实现了对电动齿轮燃油泵的精确控制,说明设计的PID控制规律能够应用于电动齿轮燃油泵系统供油量的闭环控制。

Abstract:To control the flow accurately of electric gear fuel pump,the model of flow of electric gear fuel pump is established.The digital PID law is built,and the variable PID law based on digital PID law with principle of parameters switching is built to fulfill different requirements of flow in aeroengine.The experimental results show that the accurate control of electric gear fuel is achieved by variable PID law,which means PID law can be applied to the closed loop control system of flow in electric gear fuel pump.
