基于自适应模糊逻辑的活塞发动机TCU故障检测算法研究

摘    要:故障分析与诊断是活塞发动机地面试车检测系统的关键功能之一,对于确保试飞安全具有重大意义。通过分析模糊逻辑系统的数学原理,研究了基于模糊逻辑的故障诊断模块分析算法,并利用MALLAB软件实现了模块基本功能,为利用模糊逻辑算法的非线性逼近能力,分析并监测发动机TCU运行状态奠定了基础。

Research on TCU Fault Detection Algorithm of Piston Engine Based on Adaptive Fuzzy Logic Theory

Abstract:Fault analysis and diagnosis is one of the key functions of ground test detection system of piston engine,which is significant to assure the flight safety. Through the analysis on the mathematical principle of fuzzy logic system,this paper studies the fault diagnosis module algorithm based on fuzzy logic system, and adopts the MATLAB Software to fulfill the basic function of module, which establishes the base for utilizing the nonlinear approximation ability of fuzzy logic algorithm, analyzing and monitoring TCU running state of engine.
