纤维缠绕圆环压力容器设计分析

摘    要:基于网格理论,得到了纤维缠绕圆环压力容器在内压作用下的平衡方程。求解方程,得均衡缠绕角和纤维厚度都是平行圆半径R的减函数,即圆环外缘最小;纤维应力是R的增函数,即圆环外缘最大。利用最大应力强度准则,得到了单一螺旋缠绕及螺旋加环向缠绕圆环压力容器爆破压强的计算式。为了使计算的爆破压强与实际结果相符合,纤维发挥强度的选取必须由模拟试验确定。

Abstract:Based on the netting theory,the balance equations of the filament-wound toroidal pressure vessel under the internal pressure were derived.By solving the balance equations,the results show that the equilibrium wound angle and the fiber thickness are the reduction function of the parallel circle radius R,namely there exists the minimum equalization wound angle and fiber thickness on the outside edge of the circle.The fiber stress is the increment function of the parallel circle radius R,namly there exists the maximum fiber stress on the outside edge of the circle.According to the maximum stress strength criterion,the burst pressure formula for the single spiral and the spiral with hoop filament-wound toroidal pressure vessel were obtained.In order to make the calculated burst pressure coincide with actual value,the developed fiber strength value must be determined by the simulation test.
