摘    要:文 摘 复合材料层合板具有密度小、刚性大和抗剪切性能好等特点,被广泛应用在交通运输行业。然而在实际应用中层合板会因承受冲击载荷造成结构安全问题。因此,本研究采用实验和仿真相结合的方法,首先探究冲头形状对复合材料层合板损伤机理的影响。然后结合不同冲击能进一步揭示层合板的承载力和能量吸收变化规律。结果表明:相同冲击能下,层合板的损伤范围和承载力随着圆锥头、半球头、平头依次增加。相应的层合板的临界穿透能量随着圆锥头、半球头、平头依次增大。冲头形状和冲击能对层合板的吸能能力有较大的影响。

Abstract:Composite laminates have the characteristics of low density, high rigidity and good shear resistance, and are widely used in the transportation industry. However, laminates will cause structural safety problems due to impact loads in practical applications. Therefore, this study firstly explored the influence of the impactor shape on the damage mechanism of composite laminates using the combination of experiment and simulation. Then the change law of the load-bearing capacity and energy absorption of the laminate was further revealed combining impact energy. The results show that under the same impact energy, the damage range and bearing capacity of laminates increase with conical impactor, hemispherical impactor and flat impactor in turn. Correspondingly, the critical penetration energy of laminates increase with conical impactor, hemispherical impactor and flat impactor in turn. The impactor shape and the impact energy have a greater influence on the energy absorption capacity of the laminate.
