填充泡沫镍对固液相变过程的影响

摘    要:为了改善固液相变蓄能装置的空穴分布及传热性能,在理论研究基础上设计制造了填充泡沫镍的固液相变蓄热容器,与未填充泡沫镍的蓄热容器一同进行了相变蓄热实验,利用铂电阻(Pt100)和数据采集模块(ADAM-4000)测得了各蓄热容器的温度变化数据,实验后对各容器进行了CT(Computed Tomography)扫描,得到了容器内部的空穴分布图像.通过对比研究两种容器的温度变化和空穴分布,证明了填充泡沫镍能够有效改善固液相变过程中的空穴分布和传热性能,研究结论对于固液相变蓄热技术的应用具有一定指导意义.
